Ryan Bytwerk

Ryan Bytwerk’s career in financial services began when he obtained a bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State University. With over 10 years of experience, Ryan and his team at Ten Point Financial have established themselves in Mid-Michigan as an investment advisory firm dedicated to your success. Ryan is required to act as a fiduciary for each one of his clients, which obligates him to put his client’s interests at the forefront of his practice.

Driven by your individual goals and aspirations, he is committed to developing and implementing a comprehensive financial approach that helps you toward your financial success. Services include developing short and long-term financial goals, assisting with retirement planning needs, and managing investment portfolios. Being independent, Ryan can offer a wide variety of investment choices that will help you target your specific goals in your IRA’s, 401k rollovers, and other types of accounts. He is also able to offer you a wide array of insurance products. Ryan and his team are experienced, reliable, and strive to give even the smallest of your financial concerns their complete attention. Ryan has the flexibility to meet clients wherever is most convenient for them including meeting virtually.

Ryan has been married to his beautiful wife Kayla for 8 years and has four children:  Tucker – 6, Sawyer – 4, Hunter – 2, Ella – Born June 12, 2021.  He enjoys camping with his family, traveling, hiking, grilling, hunting and entertaining family and friends.


Ian Elieff

Ian Elieff is a licensed financial advisor and partner at Ten Point Financial, LLC. Ian has been in the financial services industry for over 8 years. He specializes in helping clients build their pathway to retirement, retirement planning, assisting in roll-overs, and managing investments. Believing there is no one-size fits all strategy, he prioritizes spending quality time with each client to help them figure out the best plan for their future. Ian takes pride in being a fiduciary advisor, meaning he is obligated by law to do what is best for each client. Keeping your needs in mind, Ian is able to meet with you wherever is most convenient, including virtually.

Ian resides in the Lansing area with his wife, Morgan, and their new baby girl, Finley. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, golfing, hunting, and boating on the lake.


Joe Wilson

Joe Wilson is a licensed financial advisor and partner at Ten Point Financial, LLC. Joe strives to not only tailor financial plans specific to each client, but also educating his clients to instill confidence in their plan. Joe has been investing for over a decade and has spent the last five years educating and providing guidance for people at different stages of their financial journey. He has long felt that the key to happiness is helping people and having an impact on their wellbeing, which was the foundation for becoming a financial advisor. 

Joe believes the wealth building process doesn’t have to be complicated or intimidating. He strives to achieve a plan simple enough to be understood, while diverse enough to provide stability in the face of market volatility. His fiduciary responsibility is his top priority. He does not take lightly the trust it takes to place a family’s financial future in his hands. He specializes in first time investors looking for guidance on where to begin, those looking to achieve financial independence at a young age, and assisting clients in transition from a working career to retirement.

Joe is a native to the area and resides in Bellevue, Michigan with his wife, Cara, and two children, Noah and Lucy. He enjoys attempting to play guitar and sing as well as outdoor activities including camping, golf, gardening, fishing, and hunting.  


Jarom Abel

After several years as a Dave Ramsey-endorsed financial coach, Jarom decided to expand his practice and become a licensed investment adviser with the goal to help people grow their wealth even further. He specializes in wholistic financial health, not only making sure your investments are well positioned based on your unique risk profile, but also helping you learn the behaviors and habits that may help lead to long-term wealth and financial security.

As a fiduciary legally obligated to put his clients’ interests above his own, Jarom is passionate about finding products and services that he feels are the best fit for his clients’ financial plans. He runs our Idaho office, and for leisure enjoys home remodeling, reading, and watching the latest movies with Paige, his wonderful wife of 7 years. 


Kayleigh Baker

Kayleigh Baker joins our team at Ten Point Financial as the Administrative Assistant. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and social work from Spring Arbor University, Kayleigh served for over six years in development helping to manage fundraising strategies for local non-profit organizations. She loves being a resource for clients and prides herself in providing great customer service ensuring that all your needs are met with exceptional care.

Kayleigh lives in Lansing with her husband Tyler, their son Caden, and two dogs (Cabella and Trigger). They love spending time outdoors as a family going on walks, hunting, camping, traveling, golfing, or playing volleyball.
